Nirmal Shakti Yuva Sanga: H.H.Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi initiated the Nirmal Shakti Yuva Sangha, referred to simply as Yuva
Shakti, in 1989.Since then the Yuva Shakti have played an active role in Sahaja Yoga as they develop and mature into complete
Sahaja Yogis. The Yuva Shakti are not separated from Sahaja Yoga, rather a very integral part of it.
SahajaYoga YuvaShakti, is the youth organization dedicated to Sahajayoga consisting of enlightened youth. Most
of them are actively participating in the collective meditation and other Sahajayoga activities in addition to the academic
excellence.
Developing and promoting youth activities is an important part of Sahajayoga.
Sahaja Yoga opens several dimensions in younger member's life. Some of them are:
* Interest in music.
* Balance in life.
* Sporting nature.
* Sweetness in behaviour & many other things.
